Michael Gordon is the President and founder of CC Pace, a technology-consulting firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia. CC Pace has served the industry for over the past 20 years, supporting a national client base of mortgage lenders, secondary agencies, and mortgage service providers. Other clients of CC Pace include members of the Fortune 100, as well as industry entrants and mid-size firms.

Mr. Gordon is a frequent speaker at industry conferences concerning the impact of technology on the mortgage industry. Throughout his career, he has led numerous strategy development and systems projects and has served as a technology advisor to many mortgage banking organizations throughout the country.

On top of being a dedicated President of a leading technology consulting firm, Mr. Gordon is an active participant in the SOME, (So Others May Eat) cause. He has also encouraged other CEO’s to follow in rendering their time to the DC area food shelter.

Mr. Gordon graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with a dual-major in Management Information Systems and Marketing.
