I’ve worked at 7 organizations of widely varying sizes, industries, and job responsibilities prior to coming to here, so the experiences vary greatly. But to summarize, I’ve been with CC Pace for 11 years, which is longer than I stayed at any of the other organizations.

The work/life balance here is the best that I have experienced personally. Clearly, children place tremendous demands on your time under the best of circumstances, let alone when something goes wrong.   On several occasions, when I had to tend to my children’s health issues, everyone at CC Pace was completely caring and understanding. I never felt any pressure about the stuff waiting back at the office and was encouraged to spend as much time as needed with my kids.  I have personally witnessed this circumstance with several employees and their children. It’s nice to be treated like a professional.
