Description:
Many of the Agile engineering practices flow from the concept of Test-Driven Development. This workshop presents a Test-Driven Development framework, and demonstrates how this framework and other Agile engineering practices enable developments teams to maintain speed and agility.
Course Outline:
Participants engage in a highly interactive approach that demonstrates the impact of Test-Driven Development. The instructor uses discussion and examples giving participants hands-on experience applying the concepts through a simulation. Topics covered include:
- Test-Driven Design
- Automated Testing
- Refactoring
- Emergent Design
- Writing Unit Tests
