Not everyone wants to become a Certified ScrumMaster* to learn Scrum and how it affects their role!  This 2-day Scrum Team Training class equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools to successfully implement Scrum. This highly interactive workshop provides a foundational understanding of the Scrum framework and gives Project Team members hands-on practice applying Scrum in multiple project settings and situations.

   Results from utilizing Agile methods in software project delivery consistently show 40% improvements in time-to-market and increased  business partner satisfaction.  But achieving these results is not easy.  Agile projects are radically different from traditional software development projects and therefore require a different way of approaching project delivery and different tools for managing.  This course will cover:

  • The origin of Agile and Scrum and the theory behind agile methods
  • Agile project management, lifecycle planning, estimation, and tracking
  • The agile team structure and team interactions
  • The role of the SM, developer, the business analyst, the tester, and the PM
  • How to get started on an Agile Project
