CERTIFIED SCRUMMASTER
To enhance the skills and effectiveness of Agile team leaders, CC Pace offers the Certified ScrumMaster class. This highly interactive 2-day class explores the principles and framework integral to Scrum. Participants learn how to leverage Scrum values and rules to drive enhanced communication, accelerate project delivery, and greatly increase responsiveness to business change. On successful completion of the class, participants are listed as Certified ScrumMasters on the Scrum Alliance website and receive a complementary
1-year membership in the Scrum Alliance.

ADVANCED SCRUMMASTER NEW COURSE!
The Advanced ScrumMaster training course offers a tool kit to Scrum Masters for navigating the turbulent waters of organizational change. The course is aimed at software professionals who have already taken the CSM training and are actively practicing Scrum. Through lecture, discussion, role-play and hands-on exercises participants will experience different ways of approaching problems and discover how to draw relevant solutions best suited to their own context.

THE “COMPLEAT" AGILE MANAGER WORKSHOPTM NEW COURSE!
The “Compleat” Agile Manager™ comprehensively defines and explores competency areas, so necessary for effective leadership in an organization adopting Agile. Participants will significantly increase their contribution as a manager, moving beyond the basics of Agile to beginning mastery of these Agile management disciplines. The course is taught through multiple learning methods and uses a leadership profile assessment, mini-lectures, expert demonstrations, skill development exercises, scenario discussions (small groups), and a case study.
