Description
This 2-day course is accredited through the Lean Kanban University and covers David Anderson’s Kanban practices for Successful Evolutionary Change. Those attending will walk away with a clear understanding for how to utilize the Kanban techniques of lean and systems thinking in order to improve existing practices. This course is a balance of lecture, workshop and simulations which demonstrate how to change processes with a minimal impact on people.

This course is taught by Rick Lacher, an Accredited Kanban Trainer. Rick is one of only 42 Accredited Kanban Trainers worldwide and a member of the Kanban University Advisory Board. In addition he is a Certified Scrum Practitioner, a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt, and seasoned Lean Agile Master Coach at CC Pace. 

Included in this course is an e-book copy of David Anderson’s Kanban: Successful Evolutionary Change for Your Technology Business. After successful completion of this course, attendees will receive a membership to the Lean Kanban University (LKU), a certificate of completion and access to the members’ only sections of the LKU website.
