Obtaining IT support

Our IT support desk is outsourced to mindSHIFT, a nationwide managed IT provider. They can handle all your IT support requests for email, network issues, phones, and workstations (laptops or desktops).

You may contact them as follows:

  1. Call (800) 978-9047
  2. Log into their customer portal by going to support.mindshift.com and clicking the “forgot password” option.  A password will be sent to your email address that we have on file and you can then log in to open a ticket, see the status of a ticket, or chat with a Customer Care technician.
  3. Open an incident via an email to support@mindshift.com. You need not use your CCPace email, in case you cannot access it, but please state that you are with CCPace and give your name as HR would know it. An incident will be created and an email sent to you with the ticket number AND the phone number to call, (800) 978-9047. Emails are not monitored after business hours, but an incident will still be opened and responded to the next business day.  If urgent, you can call the number in the email response with the ticket number after hours and get the assistance you need.
