Obtaining IT support

Our IT support desk is outsourced to Ricoh, a nationwide managed IT provider. They can handle all your IT support requests for email, network issues, phones, and workstations (laptops or desktops).

You may contact them as follows:

  • Call (800) 978-9047
  • Or, open an incident via email at help@ricoh-usa.com. You need not use your CCPace email, in case you cannot access it, but please state that you are with CCPace and give your name as HR would know it. An incident will be created and an email sent to you with the ticket number AND the phone number to call, (800) 978-9047. Emails are not monitored after business hours, but an incident will still be opened and responded to the next business day.  If urgent, you can call the number in the email response with the ticket number after hours and get the assistance you need.
