Craig is the Managing Director for the mortgage practice within Financial Services, where he is responsible for strategic planning, client relations and operational management. Under Craig’s direction, the mortgage practice is committed to providing innovative, results-oriented management and technology consulting services to a wide cross-section of the financial services industry, with a special focus on the mortgage industry.
In conjunction with his business unit responsibilities, Craig is frequently called upon to advise financial services clients on how to support their strategic business directions through process improvements and the innovative application of technology. He has over three decades of hands-on expertise in strategic planning and technology implementation, and brings a wealth of experience in business process design and managing complex programs to a diverse set of clients.
The focus of Craig’s involvement in client engagements is most often in ensuring the client’s realization of benefits through critical thinking, well-reasoned analysis and the application of a broad perspective. Representative engagements have recently included assessment of potential acquisition opportunities, development of short- and long-term technology strategies, extensive process leaning efforts, and core processing system product selection.
Craig has frequently spoken on strategic themes at industry conferences and in a variety of client settings. He has contributed to numerous industry publications, including articles on enterprise risk management, process improvement and achieving project ROI. He resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife, Elise, their two sons and a variety of pets.
