We Give Time To Give Back
CC Pace doesn’t simply offer employees time off to volunteer with their charity of choice—we encourage it! Our employees receive an annual allowance of paid time off that is set aside specifically for volunteer work.

In addition to our quarterly initiatives, CC Pace offers to match up to two charitable donations a year for each employee. The diversity of interests and organizations we’re able to reach expands year after year through this approach. We’re proud of the unique ways in which our employees give back!

Partnerships
CC Pace partners with several local nonprofits to spread awareness and provide support. From galas to vineyards (and everything in between), we’re committed to helping those who help others.
Teamwork
CC Pace values teamwork beyond the office walls. One of our recurring corporate-wide passion projects has been our involvement with the Washington Metro Cricket League (WMCL). We’ve been a proud sponsor of The CC Pace Stallions since 2018 and have enjoyed the camaraderie we’ve built together.
