    Obtaining IT Support

    Our IT support desk is outsourced to Ricoh, a nationwide managed IT provider. They can handle all your IT support requests for email, network issues, phones, and workstations (laptops or desktops). You may contact them by calling (800) 978-9047 or via email at help@ricoh-usa.com. You need not use your CC Pace email, in case you cannot access it, but please state that you are with CC Pace and give your name as HR would know it. An incident will be created and an email sent to you with the ticket number AND the phone number to call, (800) 978-9047. Emails are not monitored after business hours, but an incident will still be opened and responded to the next business day. If urgent, you can call the number in the email response with the ticket number after hours and get the assistance you need.
