Product Owner Workshop

Description

This is a 3-hour course designed to explore the role of the Product Owner on Agile teams.  The class focuses on the Product Owner responsibilities, characteristics, and techniques for performing their role effectively. Participants engage in a series of activities that help them understand how to plan and create a healthy backlog for a successful product.

Who Should Attend

  • Anyone intending to work as a Product Owner on and Agile team
  • Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and Project Managers that need to understand the differences in the role they play versus the Product Owner

Prerequisites

It is recommended that attendees take our Agile Basics course and Introduction to Scrum course.
