Introduction to Scrum
Course Description
This is a 3.5-hour course designed to explore the background and use of Agile frameworks. The class focuses on the Scrum Framework, its roles, artifacts and practices. Participants will engage in a series of activities that help them understand the core practices of Scrum and a simulation to experience its flow.
Who Should Attend
Anyone who intending to work with or on Agile project, especially Scrum teams.
Prerequisites
It is recommended that attendees take our Agile Basics course prior to this course.
