Ryan L. Garcia has been working in the technology sector since 1999 when he joined the United States Navy as an Avionics Technician. Currently, as an Enterprise Agile Coach, he travels the country providing Lean/Agile Training, Certifications, and Coaching support to the commercial sector and federal government. His clients include but are not limited to Capital One Bank, Richardson, College Board, AOL, TwentyEighty Strategy Execution, Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs (VA), and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) where his project received the “2012 Outstanding Information Technology Achievement Award” from Government Computer News.
Ryan has trained and coached thousands of technologists and project management professionals and is passionate about knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. He is now assisting companies in scaling Agile practices and principles to all the teams throughout their enterprise, and is creating efficiencies and improvements for his clients throughout the entire value stream. He understands that that when teams and organizations visualize their work and workflow, collaborate frequently, and drive towards continuous improvement, their outcomes can improve significantly.
